Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Global Education and Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and the users regarding the use of internet-based services (including web and app services, hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') operated under the domains unionsys.kr.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. 'Member' refers to a person who provides personal information to the Company, enters into a user agreement, and uses the Service.
2. 'ID and Password' refer to the combination of characters and numbers set by the Member and approved by the Company for member identification and Service use.
Article 3 (Nature of Service and Disclaimer)
1. The agency service provided by the Company is a service that supports the preparation and submission of documents in accordance with relevant laws, such as the Administrative Scrivener Act, upon the user's entrustment.
2. The final authority for all visa issuance and stay status resides with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea (Immigration Office), and the Company does not guarantee the outcome of the application (permission or denial).
3. The Company shall not be held liable for any disadvantages or rejections resulting from false information, clerical errors, or expired documents submitted by the user.
4. The Company shall be exempt from liability if it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, DDoS attacks, or hosting server failures.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
1. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and supporting documents when using the Service.
2. Users are responsible for managing their ID and Password and must not allow third parties to use them.
3. It is prohibited to reproduce, transmit, or distribute contents within the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to technical reasons such as system maintenance and communication failure, or changes in laws. In such cases, the Company will notify users in advance or post-facto.
Article 6 (Amendment of Terms and Policies)
1. In the event of an amendment to these Terms, the Company shall notify Members at least 7 days in advance (30 days for amendments disadvantageous to Members) via service notice or individual communication.
2. If a Member does not express refusal within the period specified in the notice, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
3. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may express their refusal at any time by withdrawing from the Service.
Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
