Pricing
1. Fee Information: The total fee (55,000 KRW) consists of the following:
- Immigration Office Fee (hereinafter 'Office Fee'): 35,000 KRW
- Service Application Fee (hereinafter 'Service Fee'): 20,000 KRW
2. Payment Principle: As a general rule, payments must be made via Credit Card or Easy Payment services (WeChat Pay or Alipay).
Refund Policy
1. Duplicate Payment
The total amount will be refunded after deducting payment processing and cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation Before Submission (Personal Reasons & Missing Documents)
- Duplicate Application: If applied to both the Immigration Office and our company, the Office Fee is refundable, but the Service Fee is non-refundable.
- Switching to Individual Application: If switching to an individual application after applying for our service, the Office Fee is refundable, but the Service Fee is non-refundable.
- Visa Cancellation: If the visa is cancelled due to temporary departure, the Office Fee is refundable, but the Service Fee is non-refundable.
- Other Personal Reasons: For reasons like cancellation of study abroad or enrollment at another campus, the Office Fee (minus fees) is refundable, but the Service Fee is non-refundable.
- Insufficient Documentation: If the application cannot be submitted due to failure to provide documents on time, the Office Fee is refundable, but the Service Fee is non-refundable.
3. User Fault (Non-refundable Service Fee)
The Service Fee is non-refundable in the following cases due to user negligence:
- Failure to provide required information or providing false information
- Submission of false or inappropriate documents
- Failure to comply with requests for supplementary documents
- Failure to submit documents within the specified deadline
- Failure to disclose grounds for ineligibility
4. After Submission & Other Rejections
- After Submission: Once submitted to the Immigration Office, no refunds are possible for any reason.
- Application Rejection: If rejected by the Immigration Office due to the applicant's reasons, no refunds will be provided.
5. How to Apply for a Refund
- Refund requests can be submitted through the [Cancellation Request] menu on the website.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.
