Important Instructions

Hello! To ensure your RC (Residence Card) is issued successfully, please read the following instructions carefully. You are responsible for any issues caused by not following these guidelines.

1. Please use a PC to ensure a smooth application process.
2. Start your application only after all documents are ready as digital files.
3. Prepare only one file for each document type. You can include multiple pages in each PDF file.
4. All entered information must be 100% accurate. Please fill in every item without skipping any.
5. Uploaded documents must be upright, straight, clear and readable.
6. If the documents are not correct, your application may be rejected.
7. Each school has a different schedule. Please check your school's schedule.
8. We will contact you via email if your documents need correction.
   Please check your email inbox frequently.
9. You can check your application status on "Overview"
10. If you need to stop during the process, you can resume later from "Application Steps"
    Information on pages where you clicked SAVE and uploaded files will be stored.
11. Your application may be rejected for incorrect information, poor document quality, failure to respond to emails, or missing deadlines. We are not responsible for rejections in these cases.
12. The application fee is 55,000 KRW. Exchange fees vary by payment method.
13. Payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Alipay+, and WeChat Pay only.
14. Security Warning: Always log out after use in public areas.
